In our testing, about 5 percent of the documents we tried to scan became jammed, and swiping through the scanned documents on the touch screen wasn't as sensitive or smooth as we've grown used to on a modern smartphone. You'll want to rotate documents before you transmit the results to the Neat 5 software, which can't rotate scans.
